The first-ever Springfield Kids Art and Culture Sensation is designed to encourage children to express their emotions and feelings through the arts. The event, which took place at the Latino Economic Development Center in Springfield on Saturday, the 31st, from 12 to 4 p.m., was a huge success for children and their parents. We plan to repeat it again next year.
